At our best, sprinting is the bodies most optimal training method for the fact that this action recruits THE MOST muscle fibers possible! Granted we are not a sprinting club, but we are gradually working our way to being able to call upon our most effective human movement mechanics! Which in turn will absolutely compliment every other area of our training and ultimately our life!
