Pick 3 exercises to address them and try to get those muscles working. Don’t smash yourself on the warm up, just potentiate those muscles. If you sit on your ass the whole day your glutes are most likely inactive and the lower back will take over a large portion of the work. I´m sure you experienced this at some point: your lower back is completely fatigued after squatting. That’s because your glutes are not firing.
Mr. Sir was invited to complement the Wellness High School Class at Southwick Regional School with a Self-Defense component as physical response to Sexual Violence.
This is a first for the Southwick-Tolland Regional School District and we are proud to have been asked to assist in the Wellness Program.
The seven Senior High School students, a staff member and the Wellness teacher participated in the classes, learning how to best protect yourself from violent attacks before going off to College.
The class instruction involved defensive blocking against an attacker’s strikes, offensive punching and kicking to disable the attacker to provide time to get away to a safe place.
The students were trained on effective responses to a variety of physical attacks, including: attacker’s hand and arm grabs, neck choking, and abduction grabs.
It is great to see these students ‘empowered’ with self-confidence, which is real!
In addition to regular exercise, a commitment to good health includes eating responsibly and choosing the right foods. An important diet can and will ruin a good digestive system.
BUT!!! Perhaps you are already eating quality foods that match your metabolic type and you still are not feeling your best.
In order for a new eating plan to be effective, you need to consider that the digestive system needs to be cleaned and properly maintained to ensure it’s optimal function.

Technically it does right??
As most of us are aware there are 3 things in this life that we CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT.
Air, Water, Food.
I’m sure many of you are already saying, “yes Steve, we’ve heard this a million times!”
But, even so Ill say it again and again til I go crazy(er) haha
Water makes up over 3/4 of the blood as well as the brain and technically every cell.
I understand it can become annoying to use the bathroom 10 times a day when we have all these things that need to get done
BUT, EVEN SO.
Dehydration even as little as 2 percent dramatically reduces performance levels drastically.
There is great evidence pointing toward dehydration being one of the biggest reasons for most dis-eases.
IN ALL AREAS.
At the end of the day we must ask ourselves this:
Am I getting enough water in my daily diet to aid in digestion as well as cleansing?
OR could I make subtle improvements instead of having a beer, wine, soda or coffee.
It takes discipline to ensure the proper amount of water is consumed each day.
1/2 Bodyweight = Daily minimum for water intake in oz
So at 185 lbs = I need 95* Oz of water per day
Try it for a week and watch after one day of proper hydration how much more efficient your body, and in turn brain, works. Everything in life becomes clearer when the body is optimally hydrated.
